# General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

### 1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through Mirljinda Abdii's online shop.

By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these GTC.

### 2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" or "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is sent via an automated email. The purchase contract is only concluded with our order confirmation or the delivery of the goods.

### 3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in the specified currency (CHF/EUR) including statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The corresponding shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the buyer in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

### 4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Since our Abayas are sourced directly from Dubai to guarantee the highest quality and authenticity, delivery times may vary. Information about the delivery period is non-binding, unless the delivery date has been expressly promised as binding.

### 5. Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the order process (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna). We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.

### 6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Mirljinda Abdii until full payment has been received.

### 7. Right of Return and Withdrawal
We place the highest value on quality. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

**Conditions for a return:**
* The Abaya and the included headscarf must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
* The original tags must not have been removed.
* The buyer bears the return shipping costs, unless the goods are faulty.

### 8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Our Abayas are made from high-quality materials. Minor deviations in color or fabric structure are possible due to authentic manufacturing in Dubai and do not constitute a defect.

### 9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, we are also liable for slight negligence, but limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

### 10. Data Protection
The data necessary for business transactions will be stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

### 11. Final Provisions
The law of the Swiss Confederation applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bülach, to the extent legally permissible. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
